Our training emphasises functional, full-body movements that mirror daily activities, enhancing your overall strength and mobility.
Incorporating gymnastics, we help you master bodyweight exercises such as squats, lunges, push-ups, pull-ups, and handstands, building body awareness and control.
Utilising free weights like dumbbells and kettlebells to provide diverse exercises such as snatches, swings, and carries, promoting versatility and functional strength.
We build baseline strength by incorporating barbell work, focusing on mastering the squat, press, and deadlift.
To cultivate explosive power, we implement plyometric exercises and Olympic lifts, enhancing your athletic performance.
Odd object training keeps things fun, challenging, and highly applicable to daily life—we love to throw around a sandbag!
We follow a Mechanics-Consistency-Intensity progression: first ensuring correct movement, then achieving consistent performance, and finally applying intensity.
This approach ensures athletes remain safe, injury-free, and continually progress on their fitness journey.
How Classes Run
After being welcomed at the door by the coach, each class starts with a whiteboard brief. This explains what the workout is, what to expect and how best to tackle it. These 3 minutes set you up for a successful session.


Then we teach you the movements.
Complex tasks are broken down to their fundamentals then built up step by step.
The coach will individually help each member improve their movement and keep them progressing.

Finally, the cool down, after high fives and fist bumps exchanged, personal bests celebrated and some laughs between friends, the coach will lead you through a stretch to finish off the session. Well done! Your future self thanks you.
Next step is the warm up.
Led by the coach these serve to get the body ready for the session. You'll raise your core body temperature, activate and mobilise muscles needed for the session and potentiate the body for the more challenging work to come. This combination sets you up for successful and injury free session.

We've been briefed, warmed up and built up, now were ready to tackle the workout. Coach will put on the clock, turn up the music and 3,2,1 Go! Give it your best effort! The coach will be checking in on your form and motivating you to reach your potential.
